- Yes. Every workspace is completely isolated. Nobody else can see your data. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Can I import existing sample data?
- CSV import is available on Pro and Team plans. You map your columns during import. Contact support if you need help.
- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- Yes. Pro and Team both come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card needed to start.
- Does it work on mobile?
- That is the whole point. Everything works on your phone in the browser. No app to install.
- How many samples does the Free plan support?
- Up to 100 samples per workspace. You will get a heads-up before you hit the limit.
- Can multiple people use one workspace?
- Free and Pro are single-user. Team supports up to 20 users with role-based access.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You get 30 days of read-only access to export everything. After that the workspace is deleted.
- Do you support Google sign-in?
- Yes. Sign in with Google or use email and password.
- Is there an API?
- A REST API is on the roadmap for Team plan. Let us know if it is important to you.
- What is your uptime SLA?
- We target 99.9% uptime on Supabase Cloud with automatic failover.
